About My BigCartel Store

Etsy has some restrictions on preorders and flags sudden order volume increases (which most launches would cause), so to keep things smooth, I’ll be hosting preorders on BigCartel instead!

Most definitely! This store uses Stripe, which is a secure and trusted payment platform that keeps your information safe with top-notch encryption and fraud protection. So you can shop with no worries ૮ ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶ ა.

Big Cartel is mainly for preorders at the moment. After each round, the shop will be kept open with minimal products in stock.

So if something here is sold out, you might find it in stock on my Etsy store instead!

Ultimately, my goal is to move to Shopify to provide you with a better shopping experience so make sure to stay tuned! (,,>ヮ<,,)!

About Shipping

I’m based in and ship from Singapore! So if you’ve reached out and I haven’t given you a reply, it mightttt be because I’m snoozing for the night ٩(ˊ〇ˋ*)ᶻ 𝗓 𐰁ᶻ

Yes I do! BUT with the unfortunate exception of Germany at the moment due to restrictions based on their packaging laws. (っ◞‸◟ c)

Shipping cost is determined by the weight of the packages. Some items are heavier than others and might incur a higher shipping fee.

However if your package ends up being lighter than expected, I will use the extra amount to upgrade your package to a tracked one! (。•̀ᴗ-)✧

I use my local courier service, Singpost! *For tracked packages, do note that tracking stops once it arrives in your country!

International orders typically arrive 8 - 20 days from the day of shipment, whereas local shipping takes about 2 - 5 days after shipment.

Some delays might occur depending on seasonality & certain shipping areas but your order should reach you within a month from dispatch ദ്ദി(。•̀ ,<)~✩‧₊

About Preorders & In-Stock Products

Different projects will have varying timelines. However it would typically take about 2-3 months from the preorder closing date for it to reach you depending on the shipping destination.

For a more detailed breakdown specific to the product, please refer to the “Preorder & Instocks Info” section on the relevant product pages ദ്ദി・ᴗ・)✧

Your order will be shipped once the preorder product is ready! If you’d like to have them shipped separately, you would need to place 2 separate orders for the preorder and in stock items ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶

You can cancel your order up to 48 hours after it has been placed! However, do note that order cancellations will not be accepted after that window.


About My Order

Head to Singpost’s tracking page and enter your tracking number.

Your item status should show up once it has been dispatched!

Step 1: Ensure that you have received an order dispatch notification via email

Step 2: Start a chat with me via the chatbot on this website

Step 3: Enter your order number and state ‘ photo proof please’.

Once I see your message, I will send you your photo proof in chat! ૮₍ • ˕ - ₎ა♡

Here are the possible situations of why you have not received your package:

1. It may be held up by customs or your local postal service

2. You may have missed the delivery which might require a signature

3. Your package may have been lost

You can try checking with your local postal service to see if they held onto it. If they do not have it, please reach out to me and I’ll try to help!

However for lost packages, I’m unfortunately unable to provide compensation as shipping is beyond my control once it leaves my hands. ૮(˶ㅠ︿ㅠ)ა

Yes you can! As long as your order has not been shipped, you can start a chat via the chatbot for an address correction. (˶◜ᵕ◝˶)

About Taxes & VAT

No, my prices do not include tax.

Depending on where you live, you may incur tax charges when receiving the product according to your country’s tax laws.

Please check with your local tax guidelines if you are unsure!(っ º - º ς)

Unfortunately, I do not accept refunds for the reason of additional local taxes being charged for your package. Please do keep this in mind before making a purchase ૮◞ ﻌ ◟ა


About Returns & Exchanges

Yes they are accepted if the product you received was defected based on its original condition.

For exchanges, my ability to exchange an item for you depends on my stock availability.

*Please note that you will be responsible for the postage costs of both returns and exchanges as I am a small business ૮ ◞ ﻌ ◟ ა

2. Photos of defect

3. Your order number
