Q: Why do the top-up's seem lower for the U.S compared to other countries?
A: U.S shipping now starts at a higher price: SGD 27 for packages below 500 grams while other international shipping starts lower but also has a 'limit' at 250 grams before it becomes more expensive. Hence more 'tiers' for international shipping and seemingly higher top ups!
Q: What happens if I don't top-up for the weight?
A: I unfortunately won't be able to ship your order. (◞‸◟,) I will reach out to you first to inform you of the required additional amounts however your order will be cancelled if no response is received after 48 hours.
Q: Do you offer group buying options?
A: I currently don't have any channels to host a group buy with a trusted proxy to handle your packages. However, if you do decide to participate in one, do make sure it's with someone you can trust! ദ്ദി╥ ᴗ ╥)
